Naomi Cavaday has blogged that she has a minor wrist issue, but nothing too much to worry about. So Katie B, Naomi C look to be back shortly. Just need Jade, Sam and Eleanor Dean to get back and we should have a full house of girls.
Is Manisha injured? I'm guessing Fran has a niggle as well?

Any news about Gabbi Taylor ?

I assume that she has been injured since retiring during one junior tournament towards the end of last year and withdrawing from her next tournament.

Small note in Freya's local paper about her being injured but with no details.

Do hope she's OK. Shame to come at this time of year . . .

Katie B's saga seems to be STILL ongoing - anyone any idea of quite what it is?

But Gabbi Taylor seems down to play (unless she then withdraws.....)

Add: just seen this re Freya:

A knee injury from last US Open. But now working with Andy's physio to get fit in time for Wimbly. . . .

Just bumped into Sam Murray at the Northern club, and she is hoping to make a comeback later this summer, too soon for the grass.

That's great new, Phil. Wishing her all the best  . . .

Heather has confirmed that it's her elbow that's keeping her out of Notts this week - fingers crossed it's all good to go soon.

Eden Silva has just launched a new web site which says that, as of start June, she is now up and (gently) training again, following her knee injury.

Wishing her all the best....

PS Didn't know that her mother was/is Russian....

Best of luck to Del Potro - about to undergo his third wrist operation - a real shame - wish him all the best this time round.....

Hear, hear.

Edit: Have just watched Mr del Potro's video announcement of the surgery. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WXU21kVGYmU. Poor man. I do hope this works - and that he can find joy.

He stays remarkably positive (if tweets are anything to go by) but poor Josh Sapwell really deserves a break ....

Hey guys, I'm having injections in my arm next Wednesday to get rid of the pain once and for all. Unfortunately as it will be quite painful I'm not allowed to pick up a racket for 6 weeks after, then it will be another 6 week wait after that until I can start competing again but once that wait is over, I'll be playing tournaments again consistently pain free. I hope your all enjoying Wimbledon.

Do so hope it works this time round.....

Good news on the Lisa Whybourn front.

She is playing county week at present and is entered for the Chiswick 10K

Good stuff re Lisa.

Things seem to have gone very quiet on the Katie Boulter front. Anyone heard anything ?
