3-1 up after the singles. So I assume one more rubber to get to the final. Looks like the boys doubles is about to get underway Ben and Charlie teaming up for GB.

Good to hear - any decent names playing from other countries ?

Hardly any names I recognise on the team lists. Maybe CD will recognise some, but the only one I noticed was Alice Robbe from France. But then they are all either students or recent students, with an age restriction of no older that 01/01/1997 - Holy and Emily just make it in.
Ben and Charlie have taken the first set, so one more needed.
USA have won 9 out of the previous 14 titles (and weren't in the first two years). GB have won once and been runners-up twice - all iin the last three years it tool place (not held in 2020 or 2021)
The Individual BUCCS finals are this weekend at Loughborough- not much info on the event, but a number of familiar names in the competition eg Mike Shaw, Liam Higgnett, Patrick Foley, Ryan Golesworthy, Will Cook-Wharton, Bradley Buckton, Ali Hassan, Cameron Isbell

Congratulations to Liam Hignett who defeated Patrick Foley in the final and receives a qualifying WC (if needed) to one of the Nottingham ITFs next month. The women's final was contested between 2 ex-NCAA players with Hungary's Rebeka Stolmar beating Greek Vasiliki Karvouni.
