At the same point last season, the men had managed 19 wins from 10 players. This year, we have 24 wins as of end of day 9 but from 14 players. So the men are slightly up on last year, keep going lads

Indeed he has - a bit of a log jam on 3 or 4 wins now in the mens, lots of shaking down over the rest of the week.

5 players still in Nottingham in singles action today, and Billy gets two possible bites at the cherry today, being a round behind.

This weekend is the craziest of the year with Nottingham. Stuttgart, Den Bosch, Queens, Birmingham, Ilkley, Halle, Berlin all having British interest at some level or other. And thats just the grass!

Men had 27 wins at this stage last year, a decent improvement this season; Andy had 8 wins a year ago, and dominating the grass at this early stage .

Tanaqui and Bob in Spain are sitting on the leading horse here - but a long way to go. 2 weeks in, almost, 5 weeks to go (if anyone selects to play Newport RI or survives to week 2 of Wimbledon!).
