Lost the serve in the first game of the second set and then the set 6-3. Third set went to a tie-breaker, Mark got 5 match points and won on the 3rd of these. Another good win and into the last 16.
Another good win for Mark.
Loved his energy bouncing around at the back of the court and really wanted it.
He was so quick after his victory to go and sign a few autographs and have photos taken
Great prospect and seems a really grounded young man.
Mark went a bit AWOL in his head in the second set
As he often does
But just as he has dips in concentration so he also suddenly ups the ante and really comes alive
As he did at the start of that third set, to stop the momentum, and in the TB
Well done to Weston too, who was getting quite animated :)

Charlie has played him twice recently in two J500s and won the one in April and lost the one in May, so they're closely matched.
Charlie Robertson also lost 7-6 (7-5) 6-2 to the ATP WR 903 Mees Rottgering and didn't look too happy about it either. Nearly banged his racquet on the grass after the final FH winner flew past and the briefest of handshakes with the victor, barely even looked him in the eye.

Charlie's conqueror Mees Rottgering has gone all the way to the final, where he will play second seed Nicolai Budkov Kjaer, the first Norwegian to reach a singles final at Wimbledon (pro or junior). Nicolai is having a stellar year winning a high percentage of junior and Pro matches (he is now ATP 737)
Nicolai Budkov Kjaer took the title 6-3 6-3 in a final where the Dutch lad didn't seem to do himself justice. Budkov Kjaer becomes the first Norwegian to win a grand slam singles title anywhere, and showed why he is 14-3 (win-loss) on the Pro circuit and 30-6 in Juniors this year.
